Tickets go on sale as ECCCSA 2020 goes virtual
The 20th edition of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) will be announcing the winners virtually as the industry’s greatest awards programme prepares to celebrate the achievements of the Finalists whilst providing an opportunity for people to come together. Tickets are now on sale.
“We’re adapting to the current situation. Which means on 16 March we will not just reveal who the winners are, we’ll be giving our Finalists the opportunity to get together for the evening,” explains Managing Director of the ECCCSAs, Leigh Hopwood. “Being part of the ECCCSAs is more than the lavish awards evening. It’s about the whole experience. Our Finalists have already been through the rewarding judging experience, and we’ve had incredible feedback from them on how the judges made them feel. Now it’s time to celebrate. Together.”
Tickets are on sale now and include a private room for up to 20 guests on video, the ability to network across the platform, a digital asset bundle including a license to use the ECCCSA 2020 brand, a copy of the Awards Evening video and four tickets to the virtual ECCCSA Conference in May.
Finalists are being encouraged to take full advantage of being part of the programme, by celebrating before, during and after the Awards Evening. Jackie Pringle, Director of Operations at the ECCCSAs, said:
“The pandemic has made it very difficult for teams to get together and really celebrate what they have done in the last 12 months. Our judges have been moved by the stories they heard through the judging process and so we want to give our Finalists the chance to really recognise how far they have come. This is about people, hearts, and minds. It’s about engaging teams. That’s why we are offering our Finalists more than simply the opportunity to find out if they have won or not.”
