Awards Evening announcement
The Awards Evening for the 20th edition of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards will now take place on Tuesday 16 March 2021 at Evolution, London.
With the recent increases in COVID-19 cases and quarantine measures across Europe, and the UK Governments pending restrictions, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the Awards Evening for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards that was due to take place on 24 November.
The 20th edition of these awards will now take place on Tuesday 16 March 2021 at our usual venue, the amazing Evolution in Battersea Park, London.
This is disappointing as we have seen a 23% increase in nominations this year and are eager to identify and share the winners with you. We will be announcing the Finalists at the end of September.
We really do appreciate your support and look forward to the journey to find the winners and sharing in the celebrations in the Spring.
