Finalists announced in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2021 as tickets go on sale for the LIVE Awards Evening
The Finalists of the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2021 have been announced as tickets go on sale for the live Awards Evening due to take place on 23 November 2021 in Central London.
Chair of the Judges and Global Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos, Helen Wilson, declares the competition is on:
“This is the greatest awards programme in the European customer contact industry,” says Helen. “And my goodness have we got a competition this year. The quality of the entries is outstanding and demonstrates just how far the industry has come during a time of great change and uncertainty.”
Pharmacy2U and Otkritie Bank make the shortlist in the Small Contact Centre of the Year category, while BT Enniskillen and NHS Business Services Authority are Finalists in the Large Contact Centre of the Year category. British Gas, KP Snacks, Microsoft, Octopus Energy, Renault, Samsung and VTB Bank are amongst those looking for recognition in their approach to innovation and technology while Arzum, Deutsche Glasfaser and Dojo are up for Best Customer Experience Redesign.
Teleperformance are once again Finalists in the Best Pan-European Contact Centre category, making an appearance across several categories this year, including Best Multi-Lingual Contact Centre. And the industry’s outsourcers are looking for recognition with their clients including Moonpig with The Contact Company, KFC with Ascensos and LinkedIn with TDCX.
“I’m incredibly proud of what customer contact leaders across Europe are doing to support their teams, to improve the customer experience and to combine innovation and technology with the human touch,” says Helen. “As we move into the next phase of judging, with our handpicked team of expert and experienced volunteer judges, the stories will come to life and we’ll uncover some amazing examples of excellence.
“I’d like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all our judges for giving up their time to commit to the programme. They have a tough, but extraordinarily rewarding job to do, supported with clear standards and principles to assess each entry against.
“It is so important to celebrate success and innovation; never more so when we’ve been through what we’ve been through in the last 18 months. Being a recognised Finalist at these awards is something to be proud of.
“It just leaves me to say, I wish every Finalist the very best of luck. Put your best foot forward in the next round of judging, and I can’t wait to see you at the live Awards Evening in November.”
Being an ECCCSA (pronounced EKSA) winner is a prestigious accolade that has proven to raise the profile of a customer contact operation, its capabilities and its stars. The winners of the ECCCSAs will be revealed at an extravagant Awards Evening hosted by Fiona Bruce, TV presenter and journalist, on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
