The ECCCSA Conference is a showcase of some of the Gold winners from the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards. In the awards’ 20th edition, organisations from 26 countries across Europe went through a robust judging process with the largest panel of industry experts to find Bronze, Silver and Gold winners.

On 16 March the ECCCSA 2020 winners were revealed at a private and exclusive virtual awards evening in front of more than 2,000 people across 32 countries.

They came to see entrants from 26 countries compete for the crown of best in Europe in 36 categories.

The big winners included Shell Retail Energy, Teleperformance Greece, NHS Business Authority, and Sitel Serbia while Sberbank, Hitachi Capital, Ionos, Sensee, TDCX Europe and Tele2 Russia all scooped multiple awards.
