The greatest awards programme in the customer contact industry. In its 21st year, the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry.

The winners were announced on Tuesday 23 November at a private and exclusive Awards Evening at Evolution, Battersea Park, London. They came to see entrants from 25 countries compete for the crown of best in Europe in 32 categories.

The big winners included Gousto, VTB Bank, Vodafone, Santander, Dojo, while Sitel Group and Teleperformance scooped multiple awards for their teams across Europe.
