ECCCSAs prepare to celebrate 20th edition
with largest audience ever
The winners of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 20th edition will be announced next month and the organisers are preparing for the virtual awards ceremony to be watched by the largest ever audience of the awards programme, with over 1,800 tickets in the market.
Finalists have been invited to take advantage of a full evening of entertainment by bringing their teams together for this exclusive and private gathering. On arrival guests are encouraged to use the opportunity to celebrate their achievements with their teams before finding out who is the best in the European customer contact operations. Throughout the evening, guests have an opportunity to network on the platform and then join the After Party.
“We are thrilled that the industry is taking advantage of the opportunity to do something motivating and really positive for their teams by making an evening of it on March 16th,” explains Leigh Hopwood, Managing Director of the ECCCSAs. “As we celebrate 20 years of the greatest customer contact awards in Europe, our aim has been to create an experience that reflects the ECCCSA brand, whilst keeping it accessible for all during this time of uncertainty.
“We can’t wait for our celebrity host to help us reveal the winners and to see our guests using the platform to network with people they may not have seen in a while. We are very excited to announce that Jake O’Neill will be singing in the Live Lounge at the After Party. Jake is a contact centre advisor currently featured on Tom Jones’ team in this years’ The Voice UK. We have a DJ on the Dance Floor and guests are invited to experience the Gin Room, hosted by Ian Cox from The Village Spirit Collective who will be demonstrating how to make the best G&T, providing a tour of his distillery and sharing his huge amount of knowledge about gin.”
The Virtual Awards Evening is only open to Finalists, Judges, Sponsors and Media Partners. The winners will be announced to the press after 16 March 2021.
