Rooms for 20 people are £895+VAT, with additional rooms available at £300+VAT.

There is more to participating in the ECCCSAs than simply knowing whether you won or not. This is an experience. You’ve already experienced the judging process. Now it’s time to celebrate being Finalists in Europe’s most prestige awards programme in the industry.

Here’s what you can look forward to on Tuesday 16 March 2021 when you join the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2020:

18:30 Join the virtual Awards Evening

Have your own reception party in your private room or explore the platform saying hello to old friends.

19:30 Winners announced

Join us on the main stage to find out who the winners are.

21:00 After party

You’re welcome to stay online and celebrate with your guests in your private room, explore the party rooms or congratulate other winners by networking on the platform.

22:30 Carriages

The platform will close.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Access to the Awards Evening is only available to Finalists, sponsors and contact centre and customer service leaders – it is not open to suppliers.

Please fill in the form to place your order. We will send you an invoice that will enable you to pay by BACS, credit card, IBAN or Swift. The invoice will require immediate payment and must be paid in order to receive access to your private room on the platform. All bookings will be considered as confirmed bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content of the event, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date.

Delivery of the Celebration Boxes outside the UK will be subject to delivery and taxes at the time of sending. These costs will be invoiced separately later and must be paid immediately.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with a full refund. If for any reason we have to cancel or postpone the event, we are not liable to refund any travel, hotel or other costs associated with the celebration. If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

Up to 31 January – 25% charge
1-26 February – 50% charge
From 27 February – 100% charge

The ECCCSA organisers reserve the right to ask people who behave inappropriately on the evening to leave the event, without offering any refund.

The evening is an opportunity to bring your teams together and celebrate what you have achieved. To help you with your celebrations we are giving you the chance to order one of our Celebration Boxes.

You can order Celebration Boxes until Friday 26 February 2021. Boxes will be delivered to the requested addresses before Friday 12 March 2021. You can request all your boxes to be sent to one address, or provide the addresses for individuals.

Simply place the order and leave the rest to us.

We apologise for not being able to specify European delivery and tax charges, but due to the changing situation following the UK’s departure from the EU it is not possible to determine what the costs will be at the time of order.
