Awards Dinner 2017

On 28 November, Evolution in London’s Battersea Park will play host to 2017’s biggest awards dinner in the customer contact industry.

In its 17th year the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) will take place in the largest venue in its history – confirming its position as the biggest, as well as the oldest, awards programme in the sector.

Set in the heart of the UK’s capital, Evolution is renowned for hosting major events including the Team GB Ball, The Sports Industry Awards, The London Motor Show, Prestige London 2017 Luxury Without Limits and Hospitality Rocks.

Evolution’s massive seating capacity will make 2017 the largest ECCCSAs ever – and the biggest awards ceremony for the industry this year.

Directions to Evolution

Battersea Evolution is just one mile from both Victoria Train Station and Sloane Square Underground Station with access via the Chelsea Bridge Gate.

Chelsea Bridge Gate

Underground: The nearest tube station is Sloane Square on the Circle and District lines. This is approximately 15 minutes walk away via Lower Sloane Street, Chelsea Bridge Road, Chelsea Bridge and Queenstown Road.

Overground: Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Road Station are both within an 8 – 10 minute walking distance, straight up Queenstown Road towards Chelsea Bridge.

London Buses: Bus Route Number 137 stops directly outside the Chelsea Gate, and runs north to south from Oxford Circus – Streatham Hill via Sloane Square. Other routes also service Queenstown Road or Battersea Park Stations (Routes 344, 44 & 156). Bus Route Number 49 runs north to south from Shepherds Bush – Clapham Junction via Battersea Bridge Road. There are a number of other routes that also service Battersea Bridge Road (345, 19, 319 & 239).

Taxis: Clapham Junction and Victoria stations are both a short taxi ride away.

Airports: The nearest airport is London City Airport which is approximately 12 miles away. However, London Heathrow is approximately 15 miles away and offers easier access due to better road connections.

Heliport: Centrally located on the south bank of the River Thames opposite Chelsea Harbour, the London Heliport has provided a vertical gateway to London for VIPs, celebrities and the business community for over 50 years. Please see for more information.

Boat: The nearer pier to Battersea Evolution is the Battersea Power Station pier, where the Thames Clipper operates regular services. Please see for more information.
