Award winning AI in CX
There is no doubt that artificial intelligence (AI) is having an impact on the customer experience (CX). It is creating a new way to connect with customers that has not been seen since digital knocked on our doors. With 50% of companies already taking action to deploy AI, it’s not surprising that many of those deployments are in the world of customer contact.
Recognising this, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) has a category for the Best Use of AI and Associated Technologies. The judges are looking for examples of AI that have been successfully deployed in a customer service operation – and the nomination window is open now until 12 July 2019.
Has your business used AI to improve customer interactions, deployed bots and messaging, or used AI to improve employee productivity? Maybe you have used AI in customer analytics and insight or used the power of AI to develop your approach to planning. To enter the ECCCSAs all you need to do is describe your AI solution and the benefits that you have derived from its deployment.
Realising the benefits of AI
According to Gartner in 2011, by 2020 customers will manage 85% of their relationship with the enterprise without interacting with a human. Although we may not have seen this saturation just yet, the number of AI applications has risen.
This rise has been fuelled by the growing realisation of the benefits that an AI project can deliver. If your AI project has demonstrated its value through improving the customer experience, making life easier for colleagues or had an impact on business performance, then why not enter these awards.
Your project could have involved redesigning customer experiences and creating ever-more personal customer journeys. You may have introduced chatbots and virtual assistants, for example, to engage customers and provide a more immediate and personalised response 24×7.
Ultimately, can you prove that your customer service operation is more effective in some way because of AI? No matter how big or small the project, if it works then it could be award winning!
Why not enter your AI project into the greatest customer contact awards programme in Europe. Find out what the judges will be looking for in your nomination and see just how easy it is to enter by visiting https://www.ecccsa.com/categories/.
