An update on ECCCSA judging so far
Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the Judging Panel
One of the best things about being lead judge for the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards is that I get to meet almost all the entrants face-to-face.
Whether at the London panel presentations or on one of our site visits, all entrants get the chance to truly bring their achievements to life.
For us judges it is always the most insightful and enjoyable part of the process.
We’ve come far but there’s still a way to go
After three weeks, we are now more than half way through meeting of hundreds of entrants.
While the final week of panel judging in London starts this week, our judges have also been accumulating the air miles with visits to contact centres across Europe.
We started by visiting three contact centres in Turkey last week, and later this week fly to Lisbon. We will also have stops in Germany, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria and Spain, as well as multiple cities across the UK over the coming month.
We have had a fantastic welcome everywhere we have gone, and it has been great to hear so many inspiring stories of innovation and success.
Thank you everyone, see you at the Awards Evening
As always I have to thank our tireless judging panel, all of whom volunteer their time and energy to help promote excellence in our industry.
We can’t wait to see everybody again at the spectacular Awards Evening on 27 November in London.
Although the winners will be announced there, in reality everyone who has made it this far has shown themselves to be a leader our industry can be proud of.
