The judging for the ECCCSAs is finally complete! Over the last three months, our panel of 95 judges have completed over 2,000 hours of face to face judging, including site visits to over 45 contact centres across Europe. The awards evening will be the biggest in its 19 year history, with 1,300 guests from 24 European countries joining us at Evolution in London on 26 November.

The penultimate week of judging for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards saw the judges visiting finalists across Spain, Ireland and England. The ECCCSA team also completed a site visit to agree the theme for our awards evening, as well as choosing the menu and wines for the dinner. There’s less than a month now until we welcome 1300 guests from 24 countries to the awards evening at Evolution in London!

Another successful and very full week of ECCCSA panel judging last week. A big thank you to our terrific industry judges who give up their own time to support this very important part of the judging process – here’s a few pics of them in action. Just one more week of panel judging and over 40 onsite visits to go. Winners will be announced at the Awards Evening on 26 November in London.

Such an honour to spend some time in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod & Tver this week supporting the European Contact Centre & Call Customer Service Awards 2019. It’s been an intense but very rewarding trip seeing some great innovation in both the customer and colleague experience space! Good luck to everyone at the awards!
