10 reasons to enter the ECCCSAs
Entering an awards programme can be one of the most rewarding things you can do. The amazing feeling when you win is unbeatable in work terms. Of course, not everyone wins, but simply entering can say so much to your colleagues.
Here are 10 reasons why you should be entering the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards this year:
1. Recognise your achievements
Have you stopped and reflected on what you and your team have achieved? It’s time to celebrate the step forward you have made.
2. Motivate and reward your people
Working on the front line of customer contact is hard. If your team is doing a brilliant job then why not enter to show them that you believe in them. Of course, a win will deliver motivation in spades.
3. Benchmark against the industry
